Igor Lah is shutting down a wood-processing factory in Vrhnika
Liko, where the majority owner is Igor Lah’s company, had EUR 1.5 million of losses last year. Now monthly losses reach almost EUR 200,000, and the predictions for next month are even worse. Liko has 90,000 square meters of land. There was news in the media on Thursday that the Liko Vrhnika factory would be shut down.
The session, where this should be formally confirmed, will take place early in August. Ampelus Holding, which holds a 97 percent share in Liko, is one of Igor Lah’s companies and Igor Lah is the second richest man in Slovenia.
According to unofficial information, there will probably be new houses and estates built where the old factory once was.
