Securitas continues investments in Serbia
The biggest insurance company in Europe, Swedish Securitas, has taken over Serbian SCP International and plans to take over more companies in Serbia. The vice president of Securitas for Eastern Europe, Pavel Rafalski, said that his company knew which companies it could take over, but that they would not be in a hurry with new investments.
He did not wish to disclose details about the price Securitas had paid for SCP International, but confirmed earlier claims that the estimated value of SCP was EUR 3.8 million. This was not the takeover price, as other factors, such as debt, also influenced the price.
