Kuwaiti buy shares of Krka
From December 8th to December 15th, Investment Authority, Kuwait sovereign wealth fund, purchased additional 15,386 shares of the Slovenian pharmaceutical company Krka. The fund thus increased its stake to 36,500 shares or one tenth of percentage of Krka’s capital. Once they noticed that the Kuwaiti entered the ownership structure of Krka, brokers rated the arrival of new investors as good news for the entire market.
The shares of Krka were so far purchased by the American fund New World Funds, ING from Luxemburg, the Swedish fund Swedbank Robur Fonder, and Luka Koper, and sold by American funds BGI Frontier Markets, mutual funds KD Rastko and Galileo, and the investment company KD.
