Elka opens new plant worth €6.8 million
ELKA Kabeli, a leading cable-producing company in Croatia, opened a new plant worth 50 million kunas or 6.8 million Euros at Zagreb business centre Zitnjak today (Wed).
The plant with an area of 1,800 square metres was opened by Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor.
The investment was financed mainly by the company but also with a Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development loan.
The new plant should increase production and enrich the firm’s assortment of products, which will help them export them to foreign markets.
