Galenika to open office in Albania


Belgrade based pharmaceutical company Galenika announced that it will open an office in Albania by the end of the year, reports Tanjug news agency. Albanian Health Minister Petrit Vasili and his associates, who arrived on an official visit to Serbia on Monday, as well as Albanian Ambassador to Serbia Shpetim Caushi visited Galenika, which has nine registered drugs in Albania and plans to get another 43 products approved. During the visit, the officials noted that the Albanian market is open to Galenika's products because the oldest state-owned pharmaceutical company in Serbia puts quality before profits, it is said in a statement.
