Viohalco Group announces 889.5-mln-euro syndicated loan

Viohalco Group on Monday announced the signing of a series of five-year syndicated loans worth 889.5 million euros to refinance its subsidiaries' debt obligations.
More specifically, ETEM announced the refinancing of part its existing debt with the signing of a guaranteed syndicated bond loan worth 38.25 million euros with National Bank, Alpha Bank and Eurobank Ergasias. The loan will represent around 72 pct of the company's bank debt. It has a five-year duration with the option of a two-year extension.

Hellenic Cables announced the refinancing of part of its existing debt with the signing of a guaranteed syndicated loan worth 76.53 million euros with National Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. The loan represents around 80 pct of the company's bank debt, it has a five year duration with the option of a two-year extension.

Halcor signed a guaranteed syndicated loan worth 270.12 million euros with National Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. The loan represents around 74 pct of the company's debt, it has a five-year duration with the option of a two-year extension.

Sidenor signed a guaranteed syndicated loan worth 298.4 million euros with National Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. The loan represents around 81 pct of the company's debt, it has a five-year duration with the option of a two-year extension.

Elval signed a guaranteed syndicated loan worth 158.9 million euros with National Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. The loan represents around 79 pct of the company's debt, it has a five-year duration with the option of a two-year extension.

Finally, Korinth Pipeworks signed a guaranteed syndicated loan worth 47.3 million euros with National Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. The loan represents around 99.9 pct of its bank debt, it has a five-year duration with the option of a two-year extension.
