Croatia offers private island of Tito on concession

Croatia has started a procedure to grant a private investor the right over tourism infrastructure and hotels on the Brijuni Island, which was once the summer residence of Josip Broz Tito. From 1954-1979 the archipelago served as a private resort for Tito. In 1983 the islands became a national park.
