Fiat Serbia's biggest exporter in 2013
Fiat automobili Srbija (FAS) tops the list of Serbia's 15 biggest exporters in 2013, with the company's exports totalling EUR 1.53 billion, the Serbian Ministry of Finance published on its website on Wednesday.
Second on the list of biggest exporters is the Oil Industry of Serbia (NIS), with exports totalling EUR 303 million, followed by HIP Petrohemija of Pancevo, with exports worth EUR 233.5 million, Pirot-based Tigar Tyres, whose exports totalled EUR 231.4 million, and Vrsac-based Hemofarm, whose exports were worth EUR 157.8 million.
With exports at EUR 151.3 million, Gorenje is the country's sixth biggest exporter, followed by Backa Palanka-based Tarkett, with total exports worth EUR 136.4 million, the Smederevo steel mill, whose exports totalled EUR 129.7 million, Belosevac-based Valy, with total exports amounting to EUR 118.2 million, and the Yura Corporation, with EUR 115.5 million worth of exports.
Also among the biggest exporters are RTB Invest of Bor, with exports totalling EUR 107.3 million, Sirmium Steel of Sremska Mitrovica, with exports totalling EUR 103 million, Belgrade-based Tetra Pak, whose exports were at EUR 101.8 million, Impol seval of Sevojno with EUR 96.4 million worth of exports, as well as Ball Packaging Europe, whose exports totalled EUR 96.2 million.
