100 biggest IT companies earn 8.26 bln kuna in revenues in 2013
The revenues of the 100 biggest IT companies in Croatia in 2013 amounted to 8.26 billion kuna, 8.6% more than in 2012, with the number of their employees staying roughly the same, slightly less than 6,000, shows a survey presented by IDC Adriatics earlier this week.
International Data Corporation (IDC) is a leading consulting company in the IT sector, and IDC Adriatics has carried out surveys on the IT industry in Croatia for five years.
As in 2012, the leading company, in terms of revenues, is M San Grupa, a regional distributer headquartered in Zagreb, with revenues totalling 1.43 billion.
The top three companies, as in 2012, include again the local system integrators Combis and King ICT.
IDC Adriatics regional director Ana Papez said that in the category of IT service providers and software developers In2 Grupa, Sedam IT and Infobip are the regional and local champions.
Of the global technology vendors having branches in Croatia, the list, as in 2012, is topped by S&T Group, with IBM having kept its second place.
Among IT equipment distributors, M San Grupa is the leading company, followed by Recro and Microline.
