Politics in Europe resist in Banking Union perspective

Citing Cr. Lagarde intervention ahead of the IMF spring meeting the Editorial refers to the three-speed running of the Global economy in which the Eurozone stays in big trouble. While emerging economies are casting a steady rhythm of growth, the American economy shows positive signs and Japan proved its determination to move ahead, Europe appears to be entangled with deep structural issues that sap its Global integration to a highly competitive environment. Political issues seem to be the major cause of obstruction to a unified European solution.
