Belgrade diplomatic capital of Europe as of Tuesday
Belgrade will host the OSCE Ministerial Council from December 3 to 4, welcoming over 40 foreign ministers, including John Kerry, Sergei Lavrov and Federica Mogherini, and Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland.
The Belgrade meeting takes place in the year marking four decades since the adoption of the Helsinki Final Act, or the OSCE fundamental principles, and marks the end of Serbia's chairmanship of the organization.
The meeting will bring together the 57 OSCE participating countries, as well as 11 Mediterranean and Asian partners.
Top security measures will be in place for the OSCE Ministerial Council, given the current situation. Its main topics will be the fight against terrorism, and migrant crisis.
