Company "ITM" founded closed investment fund

Company "ITM" has founded a closed investment fund together with British business group "Lion", said Toplica Spasojević, the President of that company. He said that two companies had already joined the fund - "Lofolen", which was part of "Viskoza" from Loznica, and "Paraćinka" from Paraćin.

- Our plan is to purchase another 10 companies, which we would sell to the new owners after the restructuring – Spasojević stated. He added that the businessmen from Great Britain were interested in investments in financial sector in Serbia, and that the British investment funds had expressed especially big interest in Serbian market.

According to his words, the British are interested in collaboration in field of agriculture, trade and industry.

- "ITM" cooperates with several British companies on Serbian market, we also have a company in London, and we mostly export agricultural products to the market of Greag Britain – Spasojević added.

He said that company "ITM" planned to sign contracts with several large British department stores, but he did not reveal the details.
