At the last General Meeting of Zlatarna Celje the shareholders adopted the decision to merge with the company Albrecht Holding, reports Dnevnik. All reasons behind this decision are of economic nature, declared the Chairman of the Board and the majority owner of Zlatarne Celje Bojan Albrecht, and clarified that there was no need for the two companies to operate separately since they were both owned by the family Albrecht.
Albrecht claims that the merger of Zalatarna Celje and the indebted holding will not increase Zlatarna Celje’e obligations to creditors, since the debts of Albrecht Holding will be deleted.
