Privatization Agency sells 14 firms for CSD 1.39 billion

 
The Privatization Agency has said it auctioned off 14 companies for a total of CSD 1.39 billion. Novak Kosnic bought Bratstvo Jedinstvo from Neuzine for CSD 260 million, up from the call price of 39.5 million. Ivan Todorovic acquired Radinost from Subotica for CSD 3.6 million, compared with the starting price of CSD 340,000. Milomir Joksimovic paid CSD 440 million to purchase Vojvodina Put from Zrenjanin, auctioned at the call price of some CSD 69 million. Jaroslav Stupavski bought Izbiste-based Elan for CSD 200 million, up from the starting price of CSD 98.9 million. Sumadija from Sombor, which was offered at the call price of CSD 19.2 million, was sold to Radenko Djuricic for CSD 42 million. Jedinstvo from Kumane, auctioned at the call price of CSD 62.2 million, was sold to Danica Raca for CSD 75 million. Petar Zoric acquired Srpska Crnja-based Lipa at the starting price of CSD 5.40 million. Slovakia’s Neografija purchased Kultura from Backi Petrovac at the call price of CSD 7.34 million. Kikinda-based Banini bought Banat from Kikinda for CSD 5.20 million, up from the call price of about CSD 5 million. Radun Eksport-Import from Novi Sad purchased Gradjevinar from Backa Palanka at the starting price of about CSD 25 million. Subotica-based Duvan was sold to Darko Perazic for CSD 4 million, up from the starting price of CSD 3.41 million. Ljubomir Kuljic bought Zitoprerada from Novi Becej for CSD 130 million, up from the call price of CSD 27.9 million. Roksanda Kostic paid CSD 118.3 million to acquire Vojvodina from Novo Milosevo. Poljoprivreda from Novo Selo was offered for CSD 16.5 million and sold to Stjepan Horvat for CSD 75 million
